The terms that govern your use of our website and services.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Water Strike LLC ("Water Strike," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Water Strike provides science-backed groundwater location services, including potential assessments, desktop studies, on-site surveys, reporting, and coordination of vetted drillers and infrastructure. A Free Potential Groundwater Assessment is an initial, no-obligation review and is not a guarantee that water will be found or that any well will be productive.
Groundwater location relies on geophysical data and professional interpretation. While our methods significantly improve the odds of success compared to drilling blind, subsurface conditions vary. Any success rates, depth estimates, or yield figures are based on prior projects and professional judgment, and do not constitute a warranty for any specific property or outcome.
We coordinate with independent, vetted drillers and infrastructure partners. These parties are not employees of Water Strike, and any drilling, pump installation, or construction work is performed under separate agreements between you and those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water Strike is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, including outcomes related to drilling decisions made based on our reports.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
